My new cat has arrived. Looks nice, will be powered by a Zenoah 260.
Making of a radiobox in fibreglass and epoxy

The radiobox for the R42 is in process of being finished. I already have a mold for the box and made a new mold for the lid. A new mold for the lid was needed since I have decided to use tape and not screws on this radiobox. The box and lid will be clued together with Scotch-Weld DP460 epoxy glue after they have been removed form the mold. The epoxy and glassfibre materials are from R&G in Germany.
Here are a few pictures of the radiobox, still in the mold for curing.
